THE 5 STEPS TO BECOMING A FOSTER PARENT

    • Then someone from A Door of Hope will contact you to answer any questions you have and guide you in the next steps.

    • Held on Zoom or in person at local churches

    • No pressure class for you to find out more about Christian foster care

    • Comprised of live and online components.

    • Classes are held throughout the year.

    • Both parents in the home need to attend and participate.

    • Our team will do visits and interviews with you

    • You will have full federal, state, and local background checks completed

    • Our goal is to have you fully licensed and children in your home soon after you complete professional parenting classes
