Doory joined A Door of Hope in 2026 after a highly competitive recruitment process that involved absolutely no interviews, qualifications, or discernment whatsoever. Since then, she has specialized in making people smile, stealing attention from staff members, and taking credit for organizational growth. Her professional accomplishments include appearing in selfies, attending events, and claiming responsibility for every new foster family licensed since her arrival. Doory believes every child deserves hope and every organization deserves a mascot.
