Meet The Peterson Family

The Peterson family became licensed in 2025 and quickly stepped into foster care with compassion and a willingness to meet complex needs.

They welcomed a sibling group of three into their home and have been deeply committed to strong co-parenting relationships. Their approach is marked by trust, communication, and a shared desire to support the children well.

As they have gotten to know the kids, the Petersons have gone above and beyond to meet their emotional needs. When one child struggled with the transition from a group home and missed a close friend, they made a way to maintain that connection and eventually welcomed that friend into their home as well. Their willingness to adapt and respond with care has created a space where children feel seen, supported, and valued.
