Doory joined A Door of Hope in 2026 after a highly competitive recruitment process that involved absolutely no interviews, qualifications, or discernment whatsoever. Since then, she has specialized in making people smile, appearing in an unreasonable number of photos, and taking partial credit for things she had very little to do with. Her professional accomplishments include attending community events, collecting high-fives, and enthusiastically celebrating every new foster family. Doory believes every child deserves hope and every organization deserves a mascot.
