For Jen, loving people well is not just a value, it is a way of life. Guided by the simple conviction to make love known, she brings warmth, intentionality, and purpose to everything she does. With extensive experience in developing systems, managing teams, and building strong organizational foundations, Jen helps advance the mission of A Door of Hope with clarity, care, and intention.

After seeing the impact of foster care through the lives of close friends, Jen felt drawn to the work of A Door of Hope and joined the organization in 2023. She is passionate about strengthening partnerships, supporting families, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and churches to engage in the mission of caring for vulnerable children.

Jen has been married to her husband, Vijay, since 2014. Together, they are raising their two sons, Arlo and Atlas, and are also foster parents. 1 Corinthians 16:14 has long been a guiding verse in Jen’s life, continually reminding her to lead and serve with love.
