Leah Grady

LICENSING SPECIALIST- HERNANDO, CITRUS, SUMTER, LAKE + MARION COUNTIES

Leah graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2018 and earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2023. Before joining A Door of Hope, Leah spent twelve years working in the Florida public school system, where she developed a passion for supporting children, families, and those who serve them.

Leah has also been involved in children’s ministry for more than ten years. She has served as a Children’s Ministry Coordinator and continues to serve in children’s ministry teaching Sunday School alongside her husband, Patrick. Leah and Patrick have been married since 2016 and are members of Christ Community Church in Lecanto, Florida, where Patrick serves as Assistant Minister.

Leah enjoys connecting with others and building meaningful, positive relationships. Outside of work and ministry, she enjoys crafting, Bible journaling, playing piano, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her husband.

Above all, Leah desires for her work, relationships, and service to point others toward Jesus and bring glory to God.
